The Salt Water Flush
Salt has always been used to cleanse germs from the body. By rubbing some salt into a wound it helps prevent infections developing. The same is said for the internal body.
A Salt water flush is used as a detox, to rid the body of harmful toxins and to clean your colonic tract.
To do it you mix one quart of lukewarm water with two teaspoonsful of sea salt (make sure it's sea salt not bog-standard table salt.) Drink the entire thing before eating any food (which is why it's recommended you do this in the morning)
Expect bowel movements within an hour. This is supposed to help you lose weight because you are excreting excess weight although it's not recommended you do this too often!

Lyrics
Faces Without Names: Deadly Beauty
Story of a girl who lost her world, so she could be beautiful
Fifteen, so sweet, you’d think,
But she’s got a secret.
Made up her mind,
The day she came to find-out that he left
I Guess there’s another girl
This time blue eyes, blonde hair
She’ll do anything to catch his eye
But she knows she’ll never compare
Skips school, wont eat, can barely sleep
Takes drastic measure.
Runs seven miles a day in the sun
Wearing a sweater
She turns the radio on so no one hears what she’s doing.
Cuz she’s convinced herself he’ll come back to her, when she’s perfect.
She’s just a girl, who doesn’t know she’s already beautiful.
One year ago, if you had seen her you would never know
This would be her only out, for every time she’s broken down, and hates herself,
For everything that’s wrong in life, looks in the mirror to criticized, she’d rather be beautiful than alive.
Nineteen, one shrink, two times a week, but nothings changing.
Mom cries at night-for her life, cuz she knows she’s fading.
She’s tried to turn around, but she’s too far in the wrong direction
Wasn’t s’pose to be this way, all she wanted was some affection.
She’s just a girl, who doesn’t know she’s already beautiful.
Five years ago, if you had seen her you would never know
This would be her only out, for every time she’s broken down, and hates herself,
For everything that’s wrong in life, looks in the mirror to criticized, she’d rather be beautiful than be alive.
Oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh
Twenty three,
Now she’s buried
Underneath red roses.
I’m gonna miss her
And I hope someone learns from this
Maybe she’s happy now
Maybe she’s finally free
Of not feeling good enough,
And maybe she’s rid of her disease.
She’s just a girl, who didn’t feel like she was beautiful
Seven years ago, if you had seen her you would never know.

YouTube Link
Superskinny Me was a doccumentary on channel 4, featuring two female journalists Kate and Louise. Seperatly they start the journey to reach size 00, taking whatever measures necessary. At the begining they have healthy BMI's and healthy clothe sizes. One of them goes all the way and reaches size 00. The other one stops because of her mental health was deteriating. She had started to develop an eating disorder.
Watch the journey. I have seen them multiple times, i enjoy noting the different diets down and watching their motivation to suceed. It helps me at times of weakness.
The YouTube clips are broken down into about 10 minute sections. The link to the first one is posted below, you can find the others on the related videos (sidebar)

Inspiration
My friends are a great inspiration to me. Those who are skinny i become instantly jealous of, staring at their bodies, wishing it was mine. Those who aren't so skinny i use as reverse inspiration. I don't want to end up like them.
I had a photo of my friend once. This particular girl is very overweight and does nothing to hide it. This photo was a close up of her sitting outside tesco eating a cookie. This was when I was at my thinist.
I would look over photos and compare us. Whenever I was feeling down I would do that to make myself feel good about my body and encourage me to continue.
I love my friends <3

Lyrics
Rachel Ferguson: Never Good Enough
Everybody said she was a winner
Noone knew the secret kept within her
Starving for perfection
Hating her reflection
She tries harder then the average teen
An overachiver with low self-esteem
Wants to walk like a star
But she takes it too far
She's never good enough
Wants to be Mary-Kate
Perfect weight, 88
She's never good enough
Now her friends all know about her problem
They all try their best to try to solve them
She feels like she's on trial
But she's still in denial
She tries harder then the average teen
An overachiver with low self-esteem
Wants to walk like a star
But she takes it too far
She's never good enough
Wants to be Mary-Kate
Perfect weight, 88
She's never good enough
Who's in control now?...
Who's in control now?...
Everybody said she was a winner
Noone knew the secret kept within her
She tries harder then the average teen
An overachiver with low self-esteem
Wants to walk like a star
But she takes it too far
